Return Policy

Return Window: Items can be returned for a complete refund within 30 days from the date of receipt.

Order Cancellation: You have the opportunity to cancel your order within 30 minutes after it has been placed. To cancel, please get in touch with us promptly at sale@ringbeloved.com. Cancellations are not possible once an order has begun processing.

Refund Information: If your request for a refund is approved, the refunded amount will be credited back to your original method of payment, excluding any shipping fees. Refund processing times vary based on the payment method and typically take 1 to 2 business days. Should there be any delay, please reach out to us at sale@ringbeloved.com.

Guidelines for Returns

Upon receiving your items, please inspect them for any quality issues or discrepancies from your expectations.

In the event you receive a damaged or defective item, we are ready to offer a replacement or a refund at no additional cost, provided the return is initiated within 30 days from the delivery date.

Should the returned item arrive at our warehouse in a different condition than stated in the return request, we reserve the right to deny the return, and the product will be sent back to you at your expense.

Initiating a Return

To start a return process, please email us at sale@ringbeloved.com for return instructions. If the reason for the return is due to a product fault or damage on our part, we may request visual evidence such as an unboxing video or photos of the product details; please retain these until the return or exchange is completed. Once the issue is confirmed, we will dispatch the missing or replacement items within 1 to 2 business days at our cost.

If you are simply not satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns of items in their new, unused condition with the original manufacturer’s packaging, where the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We do not impose a restocking fee.
