Shipping Fees

We calculate shipping charges based on your total order value. For orders below $49.99, a flat rate of $4.99 applies for DHL Express. Orders of $49.99 and above qualify for free shipping.

Estimated Delivery Times

We aim to process orders within 1-2 business days. Our cutoff time for orders is 5:00 PM (Eastern Standard Time), Monday through Friday. Orders placed after 5:00 PM on Friday will be processed the following Monday, excluding holidays. Shipping typically takes 2-5 business days, so the total delivery time is generally 3-7 business days, depending on the shipping method and destination. Customers can track their orders via our online customer service, and we will monitor the orders' progress continuously.

Please ensure that your shipping details are accurate before finalizing your order, as changes cannot be made once the order has been dispatched.

Customer Service

If an order has not been processed within 10 business days, customers have the option to either have the order reshipped or receive a $5 coupon as compensation. If a package has not been received after 60 days, customers are entitled to a full refund, with the option to have the package reshipped or receive a $5 coupon as compensation.
