We calculate shipping charges based on your total order value. For orders below $49.99, a flat rate of $4.99 applies for DHL Express. Orders of $49.99 and above qualify for free shipping.

Orders placed after 5:00 PM on Friday will be processed the following Monday, excluding holidays. Shipping typically takes 2-5 business days, so the total delivery time is generally 3-7 business days, depending on the shipping method and destination. Customers can track their orders via our online customer service, and we will monitor the orders' progress continuously.
Please ensure that your shipping details are accurate before finalizing your order, as changes cannot be made once the order has been dispatched.

Customer Service
